Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 July 2026
Bing Chilling! Oy is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This statement explains how we approach accessibility, where we currently fall short, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
1. Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and by the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the standard is met, but some parts have not yet been fully verified. See section 3.
2. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and a logical heading order.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Keyboard access to all interactive elements, in a sensible order.
- Colour combinations chosen for text contrast against their backgrounds.
- A responsive layout that reflows on small screens and supports zooming.
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting: if you ask your operating system to reduce motion, our animations and moving text are disabled. - Videos are decorative, silent and carry no information needed to understand the page.
3. Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on them:
- Some brand display typography is set in decorative typefaces which may be harder to read for some users. The underlying text remains selectable, scalable and readable by screen readers.
- Parts of the site have not yet been tested with every combination of screen reader and browser.
- Photographic content supplied for the brand may have brief alternative text that we intend to enrich.
4. Feedback — tell us if something does not work
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content from this site in a different format, email hello@bingchilling.fi with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 14 days.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Finnish supervisory authority for digital accessibility, the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland (Etelä-Suomen aluehallintovirasto), which oversees compliance: saavutettavuusvaatimukset.fi.
6. About this statement
